The history of the Trattoria al Cacciatore restaurant begins in the 1980s
with Josko Sirk and his wife Loredana who, with great dedication,
decided to transform the family tavern into a gastronomic point of reference in the area.
Over the years, the restaurant has been transformed, little by little, with the addition of
contemporary savoir-faire and technique in the kitchen
– thanks to the arrival of Chef Alessandro Gavagna –
and a distinctive style has matured in the dining room,
characterised by close attention to detail, courtesy, finesse and warmth in the reception of our guests,
thanks to Tanja and Mitja Sirk’s management.
The Trattoria al Cacciatore restaurant thus quickly became a familiar setting for our guests, who today come from all over Italy and abroad. What’s more, we are honoured to have been recognised by the Michelin guide, which saw this quality and awarded us a star in 2007, whose reconfirmation over the years acknowledges the constancy, dedication and the path we are continuing to pursue.
