In our village, Osteria La Preda is a stopping point for travelers and a place to linger for our guests, where aperitifs, lunches and dinners tell the story of the land: of those who farm it, craft it and have cared for it all their lives. This is where the Collio sits down at the table with you, one taste at a time, speaking through the products of our trusted network of artisans.
At La Subida, we have always believed that the most beautiful way to talk about our land is to let you taste it. Charcuterie, preserves and jams, mountain pasture cheeses, wines and spirits: products that first find a home on our menu and then, if you fall in love with them, in your own kitchen too. Over the years, a small pantry has taken shape inside the Osteria, gathering some of these treasures, all available to purchase.
This autumn, Osteria La Preda opens its doors to the people who bring these products to life every day. Each Saturday, one of our favorite artisans will join us to share their story and guide you through a tasting of their creations. Throughout the following week, their product will take center stage.
